LAIA Information:
Purpose of the LAIA
The purpose of the LAIA is as follows (see the By-Laws for details):

To acquire, own, sell, construct, maintain, operate and manage the roads, lakes, paths and all community property

To enforce the restrictions defined in the Restriction Agreement

To carry on any other business which may directly or indirectly be necessary to achieve item (a) above and to protect or promote the health and welfare of Loch Alpine.

To raise funds by assessment of members as may be necessary to carry out the foregoing purposes.
