Assessment Notices

Notices for the LAIA annual assessment of $620 have been mailed to residents by our management company, Select Community Management (SCM).  If you have have not received your notice or have questions concerning payment options, please contact SCM at 734-663-1900 or management@thecondopros.com.

Is more detail going to be provided in regards to the agreed assement between the club and the residents that has been pulled from the table? The notice was very vague and I feel there should be more transparency considering the time that has been invested by all parties.
