Driving Safely in Loch Alpine

(click image to enlarge)One characteristic of Loch Alpine that makes it a pleasant place to live is its winding and hilly road system.  However, the same features result in limited sight lines on some curves and problem intersections where stops signs are frequently missed or ignored.  In response to complaints received, the Loch Alpine Safety and Security Committee has identified and mapped a number of these locations.  Although most Loch Alpine residents will be well aware of problem areas on routes they travel regularly, the committee suggests that drivers, walkers and cyclists take a look at the accompanying map and refresh their memories.  Traveling around Loch Alpine will be safer for everyone if we drive at a safe speed and observe all stop signs.
