Surprise! Sealing Again Postponed to Week of August 14
Due to weather and material supply issues for the contractor, slurry sealing has been postponed yet again to next week. Work will take 3-5 days. Look for signs posted on the roads the evening before the scheduled sealing. Work may begin as early as 7:00 am and roads may remain closed as late as 6:00 pm on the following:
- East Loch Alpine Dr
- South Loch Alpine Dr
- Sunset Ct
- Woodland Dr
- Sylvan Dr
- Dawson West
- Huron Ct
- West Greenook
- West Greenook Ct
- Glen Eagle Ct
- Glen Eden Ct
- St. Andrews extension
Slurry top coat requires 3-4 hours minimal cure time. No traffic or parking will be permitted on these roads until the slurry has cured. If you live on these roads and need to use your car during the slurry sealing, we suggest that you park on one of the adjacent streets.
Work schedule is dependent on weather. This sealing cannot be done if it rains. If there are questions, please feel free to contact Brian McCall by email at mccallbrian@msn.com or by phone at (734) 426-4546.
About Those Yard Signs...
The Loch Alpine Restriction Agreement limits signs on a private lot to only a single sign advertising the property for sale or rent. Yard signs for political, festival, school/student activities, contractor work, etc. are not allowed and are removed from LA property, including the road right-of-way adjacent to lots and the entrances.
